Recently the HCIL management team were involved in a leadership session and workshop at Callan House that was delivered by guest speaker Pedro Angulo, Head of Leadership Development at AIB. Pedro leads the design and implementation of enterprise-wide leadership development initiatives and is also a Programme Director of the Diploma in Strategic HRM at the IMI (Irish Management Institute), President of the Irish EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) and member of the HRD UK advisory Board.
