Role & Key Responsibilities:
Joan is responsible for the management of the HCIL training department including the design and delivery of training programmes; ensuring all staff are fully trained, auditing training records and reviewing and amending the training programme when needed, in line with industry and client requirements.

Role & Key Responsibilities:
Kerry has overall responsibility for the management of the Northern Ireland domiciliary care team consisting of nine community managers, 12 community supports, 11 area co-ordinators and over 500 care assistants working together to allow clients to remain living independently at home.

Role & Key Responsibilities:
Kris is responsible for project managing new systems that are being brought into the business; planning and testing the integration to ensure the switchovers are done on time and with little to no disruption to the business. Melissa leads the communications, marketing, design and social media team internally. Patrick Garvey l   IT Manager

Role & Key Responsibilities:

Patrick is responsible for everything IT related ranging from computer mobile hardware and all backend functions including servers, the virtual environment, backups and connectivity technologies, to managing the Microsoft 365 environments. Currently focusing on automation to help streamline and aid the drive to a paperless environment.
